Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ayur Amchaibou started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Taroudant's goal looked a bit too open when Massinissa Sakim came free, but Tijani Hissou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilal Khayri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Tajeddine Arrafi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Massinissa Sakim took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tijani Hissou. Tijani Hissou dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Winsen Boutayeb kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ayur Amchaibou sped through Taroudant's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tijani Hissou. If Safi Fenkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Massinissa Sakim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Safi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Safi Fenkar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Tajeddine Arrafi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Safi booed when Taroudant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias El Ahmadi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Rochdi Boukhari hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 70 minutes of play, Taroudant's Hilal Khayri made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tajeddine Arrafi was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Hilal Khayri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hilal Khayri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Safi Fenkar in the 81st minute of play forced Safi's goalkeeper Tajeddine Arrafi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Safi's zone, Hilal Khayri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tajeddine Arrafi came out of the goal and Hilal Khayri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nabil El Baz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tajeddine Arrafi having to interfere. Safi Fenkar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Safi Fenkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the game, Winsen Boutayeb was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Safi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Taroudant the free kick. After 93 played minutes Safi got a freekick which was hit by Winsen Boutayeb. Safi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
