The referee showed Rachid Farras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Akersim Sarraj didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agwmar Ali went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Agwmar Ali struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Akersim Sarraj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Safi. Agwmar Ali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Akersim Sarraj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Nasri El Khayati managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asilah Hassania's supporters rose to their feet, but Nasri El Khayati was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saif Bouhaja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Safi getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Hadji Ouchalla hit a great ball. Rachad Soulaimani kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. If Tahir Obbadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. In the 47th match minute, Safi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hadji Ouchalla to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Safi were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agwmar Ali made a kick off. After 54 minutes, Nasri El Khayati made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Safi's Saif Bouhaja tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 57 minutes into the match, Asilah Hassania's goalkeeper Akersim Sarraj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tahir Obbadi. During the 58th minute of the match Rachid Farras completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rachid Farras a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Rachid Farras hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the game, Tarek Louzani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asilah Hassania's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Safi the free kick. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Asilah Hassania! 66 minutes into the match, Tahir Obbadi notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Asilah Hassania's Akersim Sarraj. Akersim Sarraj was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Akersim Sarraj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agwmar Ali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 97th minute, Agwmar Ali got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
