Agerzam Chretien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Moutawakkil Jadid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ghalib Benaskar came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Al-Hoceima Chabab fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ghalib Benaskar couldn't finish the play. Daoud El Bahri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wassim Akachar in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Figuig getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Karim Hadda hit a great ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Ghalib Benaskar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Al-Hoceima Chabab's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ghalib Benaskar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ghalib Benaskar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daoud El Bahri having to interfere. Ghalib Benaskar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Figuig's Daoud El Bahri got control of the ball when Ghalib Benaskar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31st minute Wassim Akachar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daoud El Bahri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agerzam Chretien struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Moutawakkil Jadid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Figuig. In the 34th minute Faouzi Chakhssi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moutawakkil Jadid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wassim Akachar was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Al-Hoceima Chabab's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ghalib Benaskar hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Moutawakkil Jadid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agerzam Chretien in the 42nd minute of play. Ghalib Benaskar scored 1-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daoud El Bahri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wassim Akachar made a kick off. Moutawakkil Jadid didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faouzi Chakhssi went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Daoud El Bahri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wassim Akachar in the 66th minute of the match. Wassim Akachar took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daoud El Bahri. Daoud El Bahri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Daoud El Bahri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wassim Akachar, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The supporters of Figuig booed when Al-Hoceima Chabab was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ziad Achik didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Figuig getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Boutahar Lamin hit a great ball. Daoud El Bahri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wassim Akachar in the 77th minute of the match. Wassim Akachar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Figuig defense, Wassim Akachar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daoud El Bahri. The Figuig fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daoud El Bahri should have stopped the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Figuig's goal looked a bit too open when Ghalib Benaskar came free, but Daoud El Bahri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Al-Hoceima Chabab's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
