Moustafa Belmahjoub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaya El Mrini in the 4th minute of play. Er Rachidia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Gaya El Mrini scored to the left of an out of position Moustafa Belmahjoub, making the score, 1-0. Emad Malki struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Moustafa Belmahjoub didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marrakech Wifak. When Saif Anis fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Er Rachidia's protests and gave Saif Anis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Saif Anis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeineddine Nekach in the 13th minute of play forced Marrakech Wifak's goalkeeper Soubhi Abarou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Emad Malki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nouman Khlifi during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nouman Khlifi kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Agwmar Abarou hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Nasri El Kaddouri hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Atrar Oussalah sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Marrakech Wifak's Soubhi Abarou didn't even have to move. After having played for 29 minutes, Gaya El Mrini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marrakech Wifak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaya El Mrini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute, Gaya El Mrini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Soubhi Abarou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agwmar Abarou, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Er Rachidia's Zeineddine Nekach in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marrakech Wifak's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Marrakech Wifak getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Daoud Sarraj hit a great ball. Agwmar Abarou struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Soubhi Abarou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Er Rachidia. Zeineddine Nekach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Soubhi Abarou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Er Rachidia's Moustafa Belmahjoub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nouman Khlifi in the 49th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaya El Mrini to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Er Rachidia defense, Emad Malki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moustafa Belmahjoub. The Er Rachidia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moustafa Belmahjoub should have stopped the shot. After having played for 58 minutes, Agwmar Abarou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Er Rachidia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agwmar Abarou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 3-0 became the score in the 68th minute when Gaya El Mrini elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 73 minutes of play, Er Rachidia's Zeineddine Nekach made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Soubhi Abarou was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Agwmar Abarou took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Soubhi Abarou to make any attempt to save it. Zeineddine Nekach took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Soubhi Abarou. Soubhi Abarou dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. In the 88thth minute of the game Emad Malki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Er Rachidia's Moustafa Belmahjoub was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th match minute, Er Rachidia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saif Anis to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Gaya El Mrini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moustafa Belmahjoub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
