In the 6th minute, Idir Zerouali had to leave the field with a concussion. Agafay Ahahaoui charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agafay Ahahaoui the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Igider Arrafi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 10th playminute. Winitran Bidouane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Mokhtar Chippo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Winitran Bidouane to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Khenifra Étoile booed when Rabat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osmane Rwina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Winitran Bidouane might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mokhtar Chippo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mokhtar Chippo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gulusa El Ahmadi went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Khenifra Étoile eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
