Ouezzane's supporters rose to their feet, but Bukkus Bistara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asafar Jadid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the game, Ouezzane's Bukkus Bistara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Asafar Jadid made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 29th minute, Yamine El Emmani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yamine Chakir was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Akersim Amchaibou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes Khenifra Rachad got a freekick which was hit by Ouahib Bendriss. After the first half Ouezzane were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bukkus Bistara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yamine El Emmani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bukkus Bistara struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Asafar Jadid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ouezzane. The supporters of Ouezzane booed when Khenifra Rachad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ouahib Bendriss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Akersim Amchaibous short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Asafar Jadid to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ouezzane's Akersim Amchaibou suffered a sore thigh after 76 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Abdelmajid Malki fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Khenifra Rachad's protests and gave Abdelmajid Malki a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute Bukkus Bistara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asafar Jadid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yamine El Emmani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Yamine Chakir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Yamine El Emmani managed to get in a good position for a shot.
