Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Asafar El Idrissi made the kick off which started today's match. Usem Fouhami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Atbir El Kaoutar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ismael Tahiri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Youssef Alioui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berkane Renaissance's Atbir El Kaoutar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asafar El Idrissi in the 14th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Azilal AS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Berkane Renaissance:s goal. Awrib Bouhaja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antalas Zaki in the 27th minute of play. Awrib Bouhaja was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Antalas Zaki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antalas Zaki really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Usem Fouhami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bukkus Oulhaj fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azilal AS's protests and gave Bukkus Oulhaj a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes Azilal AS got a freekick which was hit by Bukkus Oulhaj. Ismael Tahiri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute Asafar El Idrissi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atbir El Kaoutar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Azilal AS's Awrib Bouhaja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Azilal AS from getting a goal against them. Awrib Bouhaja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdelmajid Khlifi in the 48th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antalas Zaki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Berkane Renaissance's Ismael Tahiri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Awrib Bouhaja made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ismael Tahiri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Azilal AS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! Awrib Bouhaja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Tahiri in the 64th minute of the match. Youssef Alioui's late challenge caught a Berkane Renaissance's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Youssef Alioui helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Azilal AS got a freekick which was hit by Youssef Alioui. Antalas Zaki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Awrib Bouhaja read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Azilal AS's Rouchd El Fatouaki got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Ismael Tahiri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Berkane Renaissance fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Berkane Renaissance's Ismael Tahiri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Atbir El Kaoutar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asafar El Idrissi in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Usem Fouhami got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 92 minutes into the match, Berkane Renaissance's goal looked a bit too open when Asafar El Idrissi came free, but Atbir El Kaoutar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 97 minutes of play, Berkane Renaissance's Antalas Zaki made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Awrib Bouhaja was left in no man's land by his defense there!
