Tamin El Khayati might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Younes Kachloul. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tamin El Khayati ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tamin El Khayati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Azulay Baba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mohammedia Rachad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Younes Kachloul made an important save on a dangerous shot by Winitran Camacho in the 22nd minute. Azulay Baba struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Winitran Camacho made a kick off. When Gaya Alloudi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. After 57 played minutes Ben Taib got a freekick which was hit by Gaya Alloudi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tamin El Khayati in the 61st minute of play forced Mohammedia Rachad's goalkeeper Younes Kachloul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jamil Dolmi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Younes Kachloul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jamil Dolmi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Younes Kachloul having to interfere. If Soubhi Benkhirane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Izemrasen Bagui hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. When Tamin El Khayati came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Ben Taib fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tamin El Khayati couldn't finish the play. In the 79th match minute, Ben Taib was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Winitran Camacho to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Ben Taib's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bahja El Bahri fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 93rd match minute, Ben Taib was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akersim Daoudi to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mohammedia Rachad had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
