The supporters of Ksar-el-Kebir Jeunesse booed when Khouribga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdelkhaliq Malki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Usus Alioui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Agwilal Antaki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ksar-el-Kebir Jeunesse's Massinissa El Kaoutar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mokhtar Jilaidi in the 30th minute of play. Ouahib Boudarbala might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agwilal Antaki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ouahib Boudarbala ran back to his position shaking his head. If Usus Alioui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agwilal Antaki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ouahib Boudarbala in the 44th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rida El Bounadi to make the kick off. During the 53rd minute of the match Abdelkhaliq Malki completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Abdelkhaliq Malki a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Khouribga getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Abdelkhaliq Malki hit a great ball. After 55 played minutes, Ksar-el-Kebir Jeunesse's Uksintas El Khattabi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Agwilal Antaki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ksar-el-Kebir Jeunesse reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ouahib Boudarbala in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agwilal Antaki saved Khouribga from getting behind. Massinissa El Kaoutar made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Mokhtar Jilaidi sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th match minute, Ksar-el-Kebir Jeunesse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Udad Bourkadi to maneuver through the defense. When Rida El Bounadi fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Khouribga's protests and gave Rida El Bounadi a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Khouribga fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! Khouribga's Agwilal Antaki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Usus Alioui in the 82nd minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Ouahib Boudarbala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ksar-el-Kebir Jeunesse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ouahib Boudarbala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ksar-el-Kebir Jeunesse's Ouahib Boudarbala in 97 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Agwilal Antaki guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After a defensive mix-up in Khouribga's zone, Usus Alioui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agwilal Antaki came out of the goal and Usus Alioui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ksar-el-Kebir Jeunesse were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Khouribga for a fine match.
