Neil Hill kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Lincoln AFC's Jake Campbell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Lincoln AFC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Ali Vedat Kabataş put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jake Campbell. In the 12th minute, Ali Vedat Kabataş fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jake Campbell, passed just outside the right post. 15 minutes into the game, Ali Vedat Kabataş recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jake Campbell. Ali Vedat Kabataş showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Lincoln AFC's Jake Campbell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Lincoln AFC from getting a goal against them. Rick Kessler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neil Hill , who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Tim Beck struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Jake Campbell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garstang AFC. Ali Vedat Kabataş might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jake Campbell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali Vedat Kabataş ran back to his position shaking his head. Lincoln AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Ali Vedat Kabataş scored to the left of an out of position Jake Campbell, making the score, 3-0. Tim Beck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jake Campbell having to interfere. Garstang AFC's Ali Vedat Kabataş was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 28th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. With an all-out effort, Garstang AFC's Jake Campbell threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ali Vedat Kabataş, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Garstang AFC's Tim Beck got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tim Beck got free with Jake Campbell in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Vedat Kabataş to strike the kick off in the second half. When Garstang AFC's Ali Vedat Kabataş in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lincoln AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 54th minute, Tim Beck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lincoln AFC's Jake Campbell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Beck in the 60th minute of play. Garstang AFC were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Lincoln AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alfredo Lundy took the corner. Rick Kessler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neil Hill , even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 minutes, Alfredo Lundy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garstang AFC and the Lincoln AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Garstang AFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Alfredo Lundy hit a great ball. Ali Vedat Kabataş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70thth minute of the game Ali Vedat Kabataş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lincoln AFC's Jake Campbell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the game, one of Lincoln AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alfredo Lundy shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 76 minutes into the game, Garstang AFC's Ali Vedat Kabataş nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jake Campbell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Gavin Crooks kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Tim Beck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jake Campbell was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Lincoln AFC's Jake Campbell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Beck in the 91st minute of play. Ali Vedat Kabataş took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jake Campbell. Jake Campbell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. There was no doubt that Garstang AFC were the better team. Garstang AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
