Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ali Vedat Kabataş got the match started through his kick off. Sammy Nethercot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Beck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Willie Talbot kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 17 minutes of play, Garstang AFC's Ali Vedat Kabataş made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sammy Nethercot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sammy Nethercot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Vedat Kabataş in the 29th minute of play. Willie Talbot kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 38th minute Anselmo Spione shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sammy Nethercot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sammy Nethercot came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Garstang AFC's Anselmo Spione. But to his dismay, Anselmo Spione quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ali Vedat Kabataş struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Sammy Nethercot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garstang AFC. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dennis Salmon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hermengildo Vilalta during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Garstang AFC's Hermengildo Vilalta got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Reggie Wall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Garstang AFC's Golo Kante got a free kick in the 55th minute. Rick Kessler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dennis Salmon's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Tim Beck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Sammy Nethercot made a huge save. After 65 minutes of play, Garstang AFC's Tim Beck made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sammy Nethercot was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Garstang AFC's Milosz Literski got a free kick in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Garstang AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Salmon came free, but Rick Kessler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renato Cardoso kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Florencio Maureo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sammy Nethercot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Rick Kessler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Salmon, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Garstang AFC booed when Triquetra AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willie Talbot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Renato Cardoso hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Garstang AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Triquetra AFC.
