Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Lackamore AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricard Scully came free, but Barry Glen Crowe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Lackamore AFC's Barry Glen Crowe got control of the ball when Sameer Gollogley tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ricard Scully kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Barry Glen Crowe. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Terence McTommy scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Barry Glen Crowe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricard Scully in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barry Glen Crowe saved Lackamore AFC from getting behind. A collision led to Lackamore AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Berry Hutton hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricard Scully in the 23rd minute of play forced Lackamore AFC's goalkeeper Barry Glen Crowe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lackamore AFC's Barry Glen Crowe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Lackamore AFC from getting a goal against them. If Binean McBrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Binean McBrand took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flann Byrne. Flann Byrne dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Barry Glen Crowe was a little too slow when Ricard Scully got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 3-1. When Lackamore AFC's Bearchan Caffrey in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Drumdowney's goalie prevented a goal. Sameer Gollogleys short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Barry Glen Crowe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Flann Byrne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bearchan Caffrey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bearchan Caffrey scored 3-2 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flann Byrne, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Binean McBrand made a kick off. During the 53rd minute of the match Berry Hutton completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Berry Hutton a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 54 played minutes Lackamore AFC got a freekick which was hit by Berry Hutton. The supporters of Drumdowney booed when Lackamore AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breanainn Walker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tory Ryan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barry Glen Crowe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Saoirse Doyle hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Ricard Scully managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drumdowney's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricard Scully was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A throw-in in the 80th minute of the game was made by Ravan McJames with Sameer Gollogley as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Barry Glen Crowe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricard Scully in the 91st minute of play. Brennan Gillmour hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Sameer Gollogley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Drumdowney were the better team. Drumdowney's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
