Gavin Caffrey came out of the goal and Pierce Johnson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, FC Rosports's goal looked a bit too open when Breanainn McPaul came free, but Gavin Caffrey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Rosports booed when Seershin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reagan Caffey didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Seershin's goal looked a bit too open when Brede Delaney came free, but Petran McWillie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Seershin's Pierce Johnson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gavin Caffrey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Seershin's Petran McWillie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bowie McFrank in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of FC Rosports booed when Seershin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartel Kirby didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, FC Rosports's Jonathan McPeter broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Brede Delaney's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petran McWillie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Tiarnan McVictor hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute Breanainn McPaul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavin Caffrey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC Rosports's Gavin Caffrey got control of the ball when Pierce Johnson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 38 played minutes Breanainn McPaul rounded FC Rosports's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 42nd minute Breanainn McPaul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavin Caffrey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes FC Rosports got a freekick which was hit by Bercan Quinnless.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Breanainn McPaul made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Shiel McAlphie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Rosports's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seershin the free kick. Shane McAlphie took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gavin Caffrey. FC Rosports's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brede Delaney during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Brede Delaney hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Pierce Johnson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breanainn McPaul in the 61st minute of play forced FC Rosports's goalkeeper Gavin Caffrey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Breanainn McPaul managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seershin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Breanainn McPaul was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute, Bowie McFrank got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Brede Delaney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavin Caffrey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierce Johnson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brede Delaney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Pierce Johnson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seershin's supporters rose to their feet, but Pierce Johnson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gavin Caffrey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 80 minutes, Breanainn McPaul made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Rosports's Gavin Caffrey tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Seershin's Petran McWillie got control of the ball when Bowie McFrank tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to FC Rosports getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Bercan Quinnless hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Rosports's Bercan Quinnless got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 97 played minutes Seershin got a freekick which was hit by Donncha Ghee. When Bercan Quinnless fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Rosports's protests and gave Bercan Quinnless a yellow card for diving instead. In the 98th minute, Bercan Quinnless hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Seershin's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
