Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bret Mulvihill made the kick off and thus started the match. Branagain Doherty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bret Mulvihill in the 5th minute of play. Terence McFrancise took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shamus Quinnless. Shamus Quinnless dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Kilmacteige Utd's Bret Mulvihill slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Branagain Doherty. That made the score 1-1 after 11 minutes of play. Rowley McDonald might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Branagain Doherty. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rowley McDonald ran back to his position shaking his head. Kilmacteige Utd's Bret Mulvihill got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Baltyboys AFC's Terence McFrancise in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kilmacteige Utd's goalie prevented a goal. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Baltyboys AFC! The referee gave Kilmacteige Utd a penalty, 26 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Harrington McBrandon, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Baltyboys AFC's Branagain Doherty. 2-1. Sherlock Ferguson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shamus Quinnless having to make a save. Shamus Quinnless showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sherlock Ferguson, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Baltyboys AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lewy Dempsey in the 33rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bercan Cooney during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Baltyboys AFC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Bercan Cooney hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sherlock Ferguson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Críostóir Silke's late challenge caught a Baltyboys AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Críostóir Silke helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Baltyboys AFC booed when Kilmacteige Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Críostóir Silke didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 52 in the game by Sherlock Ferguson from a close distance when the talented Shamus Quinnless managed to make a qualified save. Kilmacteige Utd's players were relieved. 54 minutes into the match, Baltyboys AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bret Mulvihill came free, but Branagain Doherty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bret Mulvihill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kilmacteige Utd's Lochlainn McSteven got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Sherlock Ferguson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shamus Quinnless having to interfere. Rowley McDonald struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Branagain Doherty didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kilmacteige Utd. Branagain Doherty took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bret Mulvihill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 minutes of play, Kilmacteige Utd's Bret Mulvihill made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Branagain Doherty was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Kilmacteige Utd's Bret Mulvihill in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Baltyboys AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rowley McDonald in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Branagain Doherty prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bret Mulvihill recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, Bradain Myler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bret Mulvihill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Branagain Doherty tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kilmacteige Utd were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Baltyboys AFC for a fine match.
