In the 13th minute Blake Walker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donald Deans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Donald Deans, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Donald Deans managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Sheriffhill's Boru Ramsey fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Boru Ramsey who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Donald Deans when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Sheriffhill's Boru Ramsey slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Donald Deans. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. In the 31st minute, Boru Ramsey fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Donald Deans, passed just outside the right post. In the 33rd minute, Torrian Moran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Liverpool Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Boru Ramsey came free, but Donald Deans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Boru Ramsey made the kick off in the second half. Braydon McWilliam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boru Ramsey might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donald Deans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Boru Ramsey ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the match, Liverpool Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Tracy came free, but Donald Deans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Braydon McWilliam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donald Deans having to interfere. After some careless play in the Liverpool Football Club defense, Bernard Tracy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donald Deans. The Liverpool Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donald Deans should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Liverpool Football Club's zone, Boru Ramsey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donald Deans came out of the goal and Boru Ramsey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donald Deans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boru Ramsey in the 64th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boru Ramsey in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donald Deans saved Liverpool Football Club from getting behind. Donald Deans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boru Ramsey's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After having played for 69 minutes, Boru Ramsey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sheriffhill's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boru Ramsey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Liverpool Football Club's Rownun Todd got a free kick in the 70th minute. When Sheriffhill's Boru Ramsey in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, Liverpool Football Club's Becc McCollion threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Coran Hughes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 84 minutes into the match, Liverpool Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Boru Ramsey came free, but Donald Deans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donald Deans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cullan Tracy in the 86th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boru Ramsey in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donald Deans saved Liverpool Football Club from getting behind. Torrian Moran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Boru Ramsey notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Liverpool Football Club's Donald Deans. Donald Deans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
