Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Brennon John made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 minutes of play, Liverpool Football Club's Paudraig Costello made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cathal Ferguson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 9th minute Brennon John shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donald Deans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Brennon John recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Donald Deans. Brennon John showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Ennis Gallagher might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donald Deans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ennis Gallagher ran back to his position shaking his head. After 23 played minutes Nutgrove AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Holt. After 24 played minutes, Liverpool Football Club's Becan McSteve shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cathal Ferguson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Liverpool Football Club reached it. Ennis Gallagher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donald Deans having to interfere. Paudraig Costello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cathal Ferguson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liverpool Football Club's Donald Deans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brennon John in the 39th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Rownun Todd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes in the game, Ennis Gallagher dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Torrian Moran to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Torrian Moran reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cathal Ferguson. The goal made the score 1-2. Donald Deans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brennon John in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Brennon John got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Coran Hughes fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liverpool Football Club's protests and gave Coran Hughes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Coran Hughes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ennis Gallagher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ennis Gallagher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Donald Deans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donald Deans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brennon John in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Ennis Gallagher cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Donald Deans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79thth minute of the game Brennon John who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liverpool Football Club's Donald Deans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torrian Moran in the 81st minute of play forced Nutgrove AFC's goalkeeper Cathal Ferguson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donald Deans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brennon John in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th match minute, Nutgrove AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bebhinn Doyle to maneuver through the defense. Donald Deans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brennon John, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Cathal Ferguson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torrian Moran in the 91st minute of play. A collision led to Nutgrove AFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Declan McPhilip hit a great ball. Torrian Moran struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Cathal Ferguson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liverpool Football Club. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
