Brenan Dunne didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Woodhouse's Curran McWill shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 13th minute, Curran McWill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th match minute, Tallanstown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lou Todd to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Curran McWill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Coinneach McFrancise kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Brenan Dunne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curran McWill in the 27th minute of play. Rollan Myler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamin McWill having to make a save. After the first half Woodhouse were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Irving Lester to strike the kick off in the second half. Coinneach McFrancise kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Bairthmead McJohn tried in the 52nd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Brenan Dunne a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-3. In the 54th minute, Curran McWill made a precise shot to the right of Brenan Dunne. Tallanstown's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Comhghall Bayes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the game, Coinneach McFrancise was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tallanstown's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Woodhouse the free kick. A collision led to Tallanstown getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Coinneach McFrancise hit a great ball. Curran McWill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Brenan Dunne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Rollan Myler sped through Woodhouse's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benjamin McWill. Comhghall Bayes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Comhghall Bayes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benjamin McWill was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Comhghall Bayes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin McWill read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. If Comhghall Bayes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Woodhouse's Benjamin McWill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rollan Myler in the 78th minute of play. With a little luck, Tallanstown's Brenan Dunne got control of the ball when Irving Lester tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 94 minutes, Curran McWill managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Woodhouse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Curran McWill was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Curran McWill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
