Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bearnad McDecland got the match started through his kick off. Booak Lavine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bar Gough, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The supporters of Leenane AFC booed when Drishane was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agostinho Mineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Drishane got a freekick which was hit by Alex Beckett. In the 19th minute, Bar Gough got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bradaigh McBrandon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bearnad McDecland in the 26th minute of play. Kutlu Acaralp charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kutlu Acaralp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 39 minutes into the match, Bar Gough notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Leenane AFC's Booak Lavine. Booak Lavine was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bradaigh McBrandon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theodore Lester in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bar Gough was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Drishane booed when Leenane AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pembroke Bayes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Beatty Frankson in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Drishane's Berkley Keegan. When Bar Gough came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Drishane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bar Gough couldn't finish the play. Darrin Moran made in the 58th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Beineon Colwell however managed to control. A sloppy throw-in by Peter Rogers in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Drishane's Nechifor Coporan. 66 minutes into the match, Drishane's goal looked a bit too open when Beineon Colwell came free, but Bradaigh McBrandon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67thth minute of the game Beineon Colwell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Drishane's Bradaigh McBrandon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 70 minutes into the game, when Kutlu Acaralp put in a rough tackle. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Leenane AFC. Ciarán Rutherford stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bradaigh McBrandon. 1-1. Booak Lavine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nechifor Coporan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Drishane's Berkley Keegan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Peter Rogers in the 91 minute of the game. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
