In the 4th minute Caolán McGlynn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donal Tierney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Binnech Martyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donn Murphy in the 6th minute of the match. Donal Tierney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caolán McGlynn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The long shot by Austin Silke in the 14th minute really tested Binnech Martyn's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Buach Hutton kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Donn Murphy in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Binnech Martyn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Finbar Ryan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Binnech Martyn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Finbar Ryan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Binnech Martyn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After recieving a nice pass, lackagh utd's Bairee McPhilip tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pembroke Mullan kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Caolán McGlynn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Binnech Martyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donn Murphy, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Binnech Martyn came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Coorlaghan's Donn Murphy. But to his dismay, Donn Murphy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 39th minute, Bradon Cooney sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and lackagh utd's Binnech Martyn didn't even have to move. Binnech Martyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donn Murphy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, lackagh utd's Binnech Martyn got control of the ball when Finbar Ryan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Donn Murphy struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Binnech Martyn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coorlaghan. lackagh utd's Binnech Martyn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 49th minute of the match, managed to save lackagh utd from getting a goal against them.

The wind increased when Donn Murphy made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Coorlaghan were awarded a corner. Bradon Cooney went to the cornerflag to take it. After some careless play in the lackagh utd defense, Finbar Ryan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Binnech Martyn. The lackagh utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Binnech Martyn should have stopped the shot. Donn Murphy scored 4-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Binnech Martyn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Finnigan Sheridan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binnech Martyn having to interfere. If Donn Murphy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Finbar Ryan came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Coorlaghan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Finbar Ryan couldn't finish the play. lackagh utd's Binnech Martyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donn Murphy in the 76th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Coorlaghan's Donn Murphy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Binnech Martyn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donn Murphy in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Binnech Martyn saved lackagh utd from getting behind. In the 86th match minute, Coorlaghan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peadair Jameson to maneuver through the defense. Peadair Jameson was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Coorlaghan's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. If Caolán McGlynn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, lackagh utd's Tierney Taylor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donal Tierney narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Binnech Martyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finbar Ryan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, lackagh utd's Buach Hutton got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Donn Murphy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donn Murphy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binnech Martyn having to interfere.
