Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pierson Hunt kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the match, Tromra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Colm Hughes came free, but Britain Delaney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Carrowntawy's Colm Hughes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Britain Delaney narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Binne Martyn hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Bannan McSteve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Britain Delaney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Britain Delaney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Colm Hughes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciarán Hutton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradagain Holt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Colm Hughes took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Britain Delaney to make any attempt to save it. Bradagain Holt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 40 minutes, Alfred Tracy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carrowntawy and the Tromra FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Carrowntawy getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Alfred Tracy hit a great ball. 41 minutes into the match, Carrowntawy's goal looked a bit too open when Pierson Hunt came free, but Ciarán Hutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bradagain Holt in the 47th minute of play forced Carrowntawy's goalkeeper Ciarán Hutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Colm Hughes was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Colm Hughes in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Britain Delaney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bannan McSteve in the 52nd minute of play forced Tromra FC's goalkeeper Britain Delaney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Pierson Hunt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ciarán Hutton. That made the score 1-1 in the 53 minute of play. Alfred Tracy got his second yellow card in the match during the 60th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 60th minute, Alfred Tracy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tromra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Beacan McAaron in the 63rd minute. The corner led Tromra FC's Beacan McAaron to fire away a dangerous shot which Ciarán Hutton despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Britain Delaney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bannan McSteve in the 66th minute of the match. Ciarán Hutton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierson Hunt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciarán Hutton was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pierson Hunt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 73 minute of play. Britain Delaney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bannan McSteve in the 82nd minute of the match. Bannan McSteve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bannan McSteve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bannan McSteve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Britain Delaney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Carrowntawy's Colm Hughes got a free kick in the 90th minute. If Bannan McSteve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pierson Hunt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Carrowntawy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tromra FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Tromra FC.
