Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Scott Cassin started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Meenaward Utd's Scott Cassin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donegan Costello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. TheDaffyDuck's Donegan Costello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scott Cassin in the 6th minute of play. After having played for 7 minutes, Oliver Doyle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TheDaffyDuck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliver Doyle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Oliver Doyle fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TheDaffyDuck's protests and gave Oliver Doyle a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, TheDaffyDuck's Oliver Doyle got a free kick in the 10th minute. Donegan Costello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toran Brennan, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Donegan Costello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scott Cassin in the 13th minute of play. Toran Brennan's late challenge caught a TheDaffyDuck's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toran Brennan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Toran Brennan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Meenaward Utd getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Toran Brennan hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the game, Toran Brennan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Donegan Costello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ryon Martyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TheDaffyDuck! TheDaffyDuck's Donegan Costello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toran Brennan in the 34th minute of play. Donegan Costello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nollaig McGlenn in the 42nd minute of the match. Donegan Costello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scott Cassin in the 44th minute of play. The TheDaffyDuck players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Meenaward Utd were winning 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ryon Martyn was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Toran Brennan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donegan Costello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oliver Doyle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Tirloch McOliver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tirloch McOliver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryon Martyn in the 55th minute of the match. Donegan Costello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brenna Costello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rian Ramsey hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Nollaig McGlenn put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Donegan Costello. Scott Cassin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Donegan Costello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donegan Costello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brenna Costello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Oliver Doyle came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the TheDaffyDuck fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Doyle couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the game, Scott Cassin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Donegan Costello. Scott Cassin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. The supporters of TheDaffyDuck booed when Meenaward Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brenna Costello didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience cheered when Declan Willson's long shot passed Donegan Costello's right side. It was 0-7, 73 minutes into the match. In the 79th match minute, TheDaffyDuck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rian Ramsey to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, TheDaffyDuck's Ryon Martyn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tirloch McOliver narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oliver Doyle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tirloch McOliver having to interfere. Oliver Doyle got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to TheDaffyDuck getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Oliver Doyle hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Meenaward Utd left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than TheDaffyDuck.
