Patrick Branson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Renny McPeter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Renny McPeter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrick Branson's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 15th minute Riley Callaghan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renny McPeter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brant McCollion charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brant McCollion the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th match minute, Shanaglish Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brant McCollion to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the game, Brennan Benson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shanaglish Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ballygorteen Utd the free kick. Brennan Benson hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Reilly Doherty was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 22nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Renny McPeter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Branson, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Berrach McAlphie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joseph Rutherford having to interfere. After some careless play in the Shanaglish Utd defense, Riley Callaghan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Renny McPeter. The Shanaglish Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renny McPeter should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riley Callaghan in the 31st minute of play forced Shanaglish Utd's goalkeeper Renny McPeter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Patrick Branson notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Shanaglish Utd's Renny McPeter. Renny McPeter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Branson in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Renny McPeter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Shanaglish Utd's Renny McPeter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Shanaglish Utd from getting a goal against them. Riley Callaghan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Renny McPeter made a huge save. Renny McPeter was a little too slow when Riley Callaghan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-5. After 67 minutes, Berchan Coyle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ballygorteen Utd and the Shanaglish Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. Berchan Coyle kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Bradain Cooney hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the game, Ballygorteen Utd's Riley Callaghan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Renny McPeter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After having played for 92 minutes, Riley Callaghan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballygorteen Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Riley Callaghan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrick Branson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renny McPeter having to interfere.
