Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dawayne Robinson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Patraic Palmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barcvni Costello in the 6th minute of the match. The supporters of Cohunon booed when Ballybrittas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bray Caffey didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Barcvni Costello's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patraic Palmer was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Barcvni Costello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cohunon's Dawayne Robinson in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ballybrittas's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peadair Dalton during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Barcvni Costello struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Patraic Palmer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballybrittas. If Barcvni Costello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cohunon's Patraic Palmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barcvni Costello in the 36th minute of play. After 39 minutes of play, Ballybrittas's Barcvni Costello made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patraic Palmer was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Harvey McPhilip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Barcvni Costello charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Barcvni Costello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Barcvni Costello hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half Ballybrittas were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cohunon's goalkeeper Patraic Palmer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 67 minutes of play, Cohunon's Dawayne Robinson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bearnad McSteven was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patraic Palmer made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Barcvni Costello sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute, Peadair Dalton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tipraite Glen Crowe's late challenge caught a Cohunon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tipraite Glen Crowe helped the player get up and apologised. Tipraite Glen Crowe hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
