Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Baolach McVictor started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the game, Pallaskenry's Baolach McVictor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dinny McLiam made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Pallaskenry's Baolach McVictor got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Pallaskenry getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Britain McPaul hit a great ball. A hard shot 18 in the game by Barr McJohnny from a close distance when the talented Brannagh Rogers managed to make a qualified save. Pallaskenry's players were relieved. When Pallaskenry's Baolach McVictor in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ray's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Pallaskenry booed when Ray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breannain Sheridan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reilley McJon scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dinny McLiam, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Barr McJohnny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brannagh Rogers having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Brannagh Rogers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Reilley McJon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Ray's Brannagh Rogers threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bowen Jameson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Reilley McJon might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinny McLiam. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reilley McJon ran back to his position shaking his head.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bowen Jameson to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barr McJohnny in the 52nd minute of play forced Pallaskenry's goalkeeper Brannagh Rogers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 played minutes Pallaskenry got a freekick which was hit by Britain McPaul. Bowen Jameson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brannagh Rogers having to interfere. Dinny McLiam was a little too slow when Baolach McVictor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-3. Reilley McJon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Dinny McLiam when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dinny McLiam made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Reilley McJon sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute, Shannon Ferguson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Pallaskenry's Baolach McVictor in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ray's goalie prevented a goal. Barr McJohnny received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Brannagh Rogers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reilley McJon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinny McLiam having to interfere. The Ray supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pallaskenry's performance. The match ended with a win for Pallaskenry.
