Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Becan Frankson made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Becan Frankson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deilgne Utd's Henry Hughes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan McFrank in the 7th minute of play forced Deilgne Utd's goalkeeper Henry Hughes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 minutes, Brite Dempsey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cloghernagh and the Deilgne Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. Brite Dempsey kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Kennedy Ramsey rounded Cloghernagh's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Henry Hughes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Becan Frankson in the 26th minute of play. When Becan Frankson came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Cloghernagh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Becan Frankson couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Alan McFrank's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henry Hughes was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 34th minute of the match Cloghernagh got a corner. Deilgne Utd's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Brennon Cassin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Cloghernagh's Brennon Cassin to fire away a dangerous shot which Henry Hughes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 37 played minutes Deilgne Utd got a freekick which was hit by Torrian McDecland. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Kennedy Ramsey made the kick off in the second half. Kennedy Ramsey might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ardán McPhil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kennedy Ramsey ran back to his position shaking his head. Ardán McPhil came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Deilgne Utd's Bras McWilliam. But to his dismay, Bras McWilliam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Alan McFrank came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Cloghernagh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alan McFrank couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute, Donagh Harkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Berke McBrand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th match minute, Deilgne Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Breas Cooney to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Deilgne Utd's Coinneach Quinnless broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Henry Hughes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Becan Frankson in the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Deilgne Utd's goalkeeper Henry Hughes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alan McFrank. Ardán McPhil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bras McWilliam in the 83rd minute of play. Henry Hughes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Becan Frankson in the 86th minute of the match. After 89 played minutes Cloghernagh got a freekick which was hit by Keeghan Doyle. Coinneach Quinnless, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 91st match minute, Cloghernagh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keeghan Doyle to maneuver through the defense. Ardán McPhil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kennedy Ramsey in the 95th minute of play. Deilgne Utd were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cloghernagh for a fine match.
