Blathmac Dempsey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brayden Dimson in the 6th minute of the match. Gordan Coyle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry McMichel in the 19th minute of the match. Gordan Coyle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Killare booed when Killanly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breslin McNamee didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gordan Coyle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bearchan Doyle in the 42nd minute of the match. Bras Ramsey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gordan Coyle having to interfere. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Britain McNamee to make the kick off. Petran Rogers lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 61 played minutes Killanly got a freekick which was hit by Petran Rogers. 62 minutes in the game Thurl Quinnless got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Killare's goal looked a bit too open when Rowen Brennan came free, but Blathmac Dempsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Killanly's Gordan Coyle got control of the ball when Britain McNamee tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bras Ramsey in the 74th minute of play forced Killanly's goalkeeper Gordan Coyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Killanly getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Dugan Scully hit a great ball. Killanly's Gordan Coyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bearchan Doyle in the 90th minute of play. Killare's Bearchan Doyle suffered a concussion in the 92nd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Cleary McJohnny charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cleary McJohnny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cleary McJohnny hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Bard Silke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gordan Coyle having to make a save. Killare played a much better game than Killanly and deserved their victory. The Killanly players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
