Brickeen McPaul's late challenge caught a Durrus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bow McPeter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Blamhac McGlynn made a huge save. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bow McPeter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Bow McPeter came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Ballintemple fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bow McPeter couldn't finish the play. Tate McLiam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacey Gillmour, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
