Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ryan Greenman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Josh Maxell came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Neasden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Josh Maxell couldn't finish the play. After 9 minutes of play, Chinnor's Danny Fordham made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reuben Flynn was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th match minute, Chinnor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Byron Snowdon to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Neasden getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Barry Coe hit a great ball. Chinnor's Brett Norton couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Neasden. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Danny Fordham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chinnor's supporters rose to their feet, but Danny Fordham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reuben Flynn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30th match minute, Neasden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perry Milton to maneuver through the defense. Roger Greaves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reuben Flynn having to interfere. When Syd Rockett fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chinnor's protests and gave Syd Rockett a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd match minute, Chinnor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Syd Rockett to maneuver through the defense. If Ryan Greenman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roger Greaves to make the kick off. When Ryan Greenman came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Neasden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ryan Greenman couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute, Neasden's Ryan Greenman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alastair Hamer. Alastair Hamer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. After having played for 63 minutes, Ryan Greenman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neasden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ryan Greenman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Danny Fordham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reuben Flynn having to make a save. Don Rusk kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Ryan Greenman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Chinnor's zone, Ryan Greenman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alastair Hamer came out of the goal and Ryan Greenman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ryan Greenman came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Neasden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ryan Greenman couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Neasden's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Greaves came free, but Reuben Flynn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ryan Greenman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alastair Hamer having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Nick Gilroy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Neasden supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Neasden would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
