Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joseph Ward took the kick off in the first half of the match. Brendon Cambridge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Joseph Ward had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Twickenham's Shaun Horner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Riad in the 9th minute of play. In the 14th match minute, Silver Arrows FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theo Gilchrist to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Brendon Cambridge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Twickenham's supporters rose to their feet, but Brendon Cambridge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Den Britton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Den Britton was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Geoff Sherman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Silver Arrows FC's Roger Riad got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Den Britton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoff Sherman, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute, Edward Boulton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brendon Cambridge might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Den Britton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brendon Cambridge ran back to his position shaking his head. Geoff Sherman might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Den Britton. In the 36th minute, Brendon Cambridge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geoff Sherman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Den Britton having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Twickenham's Brendon Cambridge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Den Britton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Andre Beattie fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Silver Arrows FC's protests and gave Andre Beattie a yellow card for diving instead. Andre Beattie hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute Geoff Sherman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Den Britton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Geoff Sherman came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Twickenham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geoff Sherman couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Silver Arrows FC booed when Twickenham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricky Bayliff didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geoff Sherman to make the kick off. Andre Beattie hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edward Boulton in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Den Britton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roger Riad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shaun Horner having to interfere. Brendon Cambridge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Den Britton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Twickenham's Geoff Sherman suffered a sore thigh after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Daniel Mawson charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Mawson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd match minute, Silver Arrows FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Mawson to maneuver through the defense. Roger Riad came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Shaun Horner could save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Twickenham's zone, Roger Riad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shaun Horner came out of the goal and Roger Riad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ricky Bayliff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Brandon Hunter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute Brendon Cambridge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Den Britton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Twickenham fans cheered their team off the field, for while Silver Arrows FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
