Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nicholas Lodge got the match started through his kick off. Connor Buxton came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Stourport on Severn United's Marc Alcock. But to his dismay, Marc Alcock quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Mattias Croxford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Mattias Croxford came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Teignmouth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mattias Croxford couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Teignmouth's zone, Marc Alcock stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Connor Buxton came out of the goal and Marc Alcock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robert Ridsdale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teignmouth's Connor Buxton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Teignmouth from getting a goal against them. Nicholas Lodge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Connor Buxton having to interfere. Nicholas Lodge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Connor Buxton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marc Alcock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Connor Buxton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicholas Lodge in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Teignmouth's zone, Michael Foreman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Connor Buxton came out of the goal and Michael Foreman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the game, Michael Foreman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stourport on Severn United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Teignmouth the free kick. After 40 played minutes Stourport on Severn United got a freekick which was hit by Michael Foreman. 41 minutes into the match, Teignmouth's Ralph Barber broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Curtis Wicks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Croxford in the 45th minute of play. Connor Buxton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michael Foreman went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Ridsdale to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Nicholas Lodge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Connor Buxton. Teignmouth's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicholas Lodge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Connor Buxton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Alcock, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Nicholas Lodge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Teignmouth's goal looked a bit too open when Nicholas Lodge came free, but Connor Buxton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Teignmouth getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Syd Elam hit a great ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Marc Alcock managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stourport on Severn United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marc Alcock was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stourport on Severn United's Nicholas Lodge got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sidney Rice kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. If Nicholas Lodge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Michael Foreman was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. A collision led to Teignmouth getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Robert Ridsdale hit a great ball. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stourport on Severn United's goalkeeper Curtis Wicks, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mattias Croxford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mattias Croxford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Curtis Wicks made a huge save. Mattias Croxford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Teignmouth players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Stourport on Severn United.
