Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ash Lodge made the kick off and thus started the match. Quentin Richardson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ash Lodge, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 5 played minutes Holmes Chapel City got a freekick which was hit by Ash Lodge. 11 minutes into the match, Holmes Chapel City's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Bolton came free, but Ivan Stiles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Duncan Harris during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Duncan Harris hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Dale Salt scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Stiles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ted Fox scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quentin Richardson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Adam Downham fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holmes Chapel City's protests and gave Adam Downham a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Holmes Chapel City got a freekick which was hit by Adam Downham. Quentin Richardson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Fox in the 27th minute of the match. Ted Fox took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quentin Richardson. Quentin Richardson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Quentin Richardson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ash Lodge's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Ash Lodge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute, Duncan Harris ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Quentin Richardson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dale Salt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Quentin Richardson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Holmes Chapel City's Ash Lodge shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-5 in the ordered_time% minute. 57 minutes into the game, Ash Lodge cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Quentin Richardson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Stiles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dale Salt in the 61st minute of play. Dale Salt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Stiles having to interfere. Ted Fox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benjamin Bolton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ash Lodge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Quentin Richardson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th match minute, Brockenhurst City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kris Masters to maneuver through the defense. Ted Fox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ted Fox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Quentin Richardson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Holmes Chapel City getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Curtis Newby hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Jude Oddy in the 91st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Holmes Chapel City's Duncan Harris. Ash Lodge who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Quentin Richardson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Duncan Harris struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Quentin Richardson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holmes Chapel City. Holmes Chapel City's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
