The audience was convinced that Jools Mawson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicholas Bettinson was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. FC Huntingdon's attack was well implemented in the 16th minute, but when Brendon Brewer was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. A very good chance. 26 minutes into the match, Modrani bocani's goal looked a bit too open when Colin Corrigan came free, but Mark Todd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, FC Huntingdon's Colin Corrigan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mark Todd narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marek Tompkins got free with Nicholas Bettinson in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Colin Corrigan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colin Corrigan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Mark Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Huntingdon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modrani bocani the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Modrani bocani's zone, Colin Corrigan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Todd came out of the goal and Colin Corrigan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Huntingdon's Nicholas Bettinson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jools Mawson in the 63rd minute of play. Marek Tompkins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nicholas Bettinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Colin Corrigan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mark Todd having to interfere. When Marek Tompkins came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Modrani bocani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Tompkins couldn't finish the play. Vincent Cook kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Modrani bocani's Mark Todd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Colin Corrigan in the 94th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
