If Matthew Dawson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrew Clayton struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Stuart Hedges didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Assassins FC. Stuart Hedges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthew Dawson in the 11th minute of the match. Phillip Barber stood somewhat misplaced when Richard Garforth came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 13 minute. 23 minutes into the match, Felixstowe City's goal looked a bit too open when Matthew Dawson came free, but Stuart Hedges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richard Garforth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phillip Barber having to interfere. Jerome Foreman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Assassins FC's Matthew Dawson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stuart Hedges narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Richard Garforth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tyrone Holden during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tyrone Holden kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Alex Castledine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Richard Garforth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th match minute, Assassins FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Callum Beesley to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Alex Castledine made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Assassins FC got a freekick which was hit by Sonny Sollit. When Alex Castledine fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Felixstowe City's protests and gave Alex Castledine a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Felixstowe City's Alex Castledine got a free kick in the 56th minute. Felixstowe City's Richard Garforth got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Assassins FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Castledine came free, but Phillip Barber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Assassins FC's Phillip Barber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Castledine in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Assassins FC's goalkeeper Phillip Barber, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Assassins FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
