In the 3rd minute of the match Donny Blakewell shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlton Booker showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eddy Pell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ray Doyle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eddy Pell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Bebington City's goal looked a bit too open when Rodney Forrest came free, but Ray Doyle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Eddy Pell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ray Doyle was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Bebington City getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Justin Blake hit a great ball. With a little luck, Alex Park FC's Carlton Booker got control of the ball when Louie Sutherland tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Eddy Pell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alex Park FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eddy Pell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ray Doyle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rodney Forrest had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Eddy Pell came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Alex Park FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddy Pell couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tristram Kenna in the 42nd minute of play forced Bebington City's goalkeeper Ray Doyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eddy Pell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Rodney Forrest managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alex Park FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodney Forrest was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ray Doyle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eddy Pells short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Ray Doyle to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alex Park FC's Eddy Pell was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ray Doyle in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Carlton Booker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louie Sutherland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 played minutes Bebington City got a freekick which was hit by Charlie Shipperley. A collision led to Bebington City getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Donny Blakewell hit a great ball. Ray Doyle was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dylon Stobbs. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eddy Pell in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ray Doyle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tristram Kenna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ray Doyle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donny Blakewell hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When Alex Park FC's Eddy Pell in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bebington City's goalie prevented a goal. 90 minutes into the match, Bebington City's goal looked a bit too open when Eddy Pell came free, but Ray Doyle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eddy Pell didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-2 via right post in the game's 92nd minute. Alex Park FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement!
