Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eddy Lobb took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Don Billington took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Phillip Findley to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 9 minutes, Don Billington managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lasham City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Don Billington was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eddy Lobb's late challenge caught a Lasham City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eddy Lobb helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Reekies Wee Laddies getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Eddy Lobb hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Reekies Wee Laddies's zone, Hugh Needham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phillip Findley came out of the goal and Hugh Needham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Phillip Findley successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 21st minute Don Billington shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Findley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugh Needham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Phillip Findley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Phillip Findley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Billington, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zackary Hylton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simeon Pettifer, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Colin Farmer's late challenge caught a Lasham City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Phillip Findley made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Hugh Needham sent off a good shot on target. Phillip Findley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Billington, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Reekies Wee Laddies's Phillip Findley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Billington in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Don Billington made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Reekies Wee Laddies's goal looked a bit too open when Don Billington came free, but Phillip Findley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Don Billington sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hugh Needham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larry Simpson in the 62nd minute of play forced Reekies Wee Laddies's goalkeeper Phillip Findley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Reekies Wee Laddies's goal looked a bit too open when Hugh Needham came free, but Phillip Findley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Reekies Wee Laddies's goal looked a bit too open when Don Billington came free, but Phillip Findley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reekies Wee Laddies's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lasham City the free kick. In the 78th minute, Simeon Pettifer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugh Needham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Phillip Findley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Billington, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Eddy Lobb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Zackary Hylton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Lasham City were the better team. Lasham City's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
