Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Felix Perkins kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lancaster! Zak Greenman shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matthew Forrest got free with Sam Morcom in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Lancaster booed when The Mud Dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cody Forrester didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reg Frizzell was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Iain Hickson struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Jason Bannister didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lancaster. In the 20th minute, The Mud Dogs's Felix Perkins dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Iain Hickson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd match minute, The Mud Dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damion Kendall to maneuver through the defense. Jason Bannister took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tyler Mortlock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jason Bannister made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iain Hickson in the 36th minute of play. Iain Hickson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jason Bannister having to interfere. In the 44thth minute of the game Felix Perkins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lancaster's Sam Morcom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tyler Mortlock stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iain Hickson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Jason Bannister made a huge save. In the 52nd match minute, The Mud Dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chaz Doyle to maneuver through the defense. Jason Bannister made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tyler Mortlock in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, The Mud Dogs's Damion Kendall got a free kick in the 66th minute. Jason Bannister showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Collins, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lancaster's zone, Damion Kendall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sam Morcom came out of the goal and Damion Kendall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute Matthew Forrest shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sam Morcom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in The Mud Dogs's zone, Iain Hickson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jason Bannister came out of the goal and Iain Hickson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, Iain Hickson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denzil Blackwood hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Damion Kendall hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd match minute, The Mud Dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chaz Doyle to maneuver through the defense. The Mud Dogs's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
