Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sean Bell got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Hickling FC's Niall McCormick got control of the ball when Nick Halloran tried to sneak it across the goal line. Niall McCormick was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Richard Edwards showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 13 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard Edwards in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niall McCormick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Hickling FC's goalkeeper Niall McCormick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaz Elding. After 28 minutes, Gaz Elding mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laniakea Super Cluster and the Hickling FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Laniakea Super Cluster's Gaz Elding got a free kick in the 28th minute. Nick Halloran's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Niall McCormick firmly grabbed it by the left post. With his leg Niall McCormick managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Laniakea Super Cluster's Nick Halloran fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Rio Haskell came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Laniakea Super Cluster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rio Haskell couldn't finish the play. Richard Edwards struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Niall McCormick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laniakea Super Cluster. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard Edwards to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Laniakea Super Cluster's goal looked a bit too open when Sean Bell came free, but Tyrone Bramhall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sean Bell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Richard Edwards got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Edwards in the 60th minute of play forced Hickling FC's goalkeeper Niall McCormick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Richard Edwards managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laniakea Super Cluster's supporters crossed their fingers, but Richard Edwards was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niall McCormick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Edwards, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 65 minutes of play, Laniakea Super Cluster's Richard Edwards made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niall McCormick was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hickling FC's Niall McCormick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Edwards in the 70th minute of play. Niall McCormick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Edwards, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Edwards received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Niall McCormick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niall McCormick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rio Haskell in the 76th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Hickling FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nick Halloran came free, but Niall McCormick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Nick Halloran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niall McCormick. Hickling FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nick Halloran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. If Richard Edwards had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nick Halloran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Niall McCormick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Laniakea Super Cluster were the better team. Laniakea Super Cluster's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
