When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Andy Auckland took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bobby Halloran to make any attempt to save it. 9 minutes into the match, Felix Flack had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of William Duffy. Liversedge's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Flack was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Tosh Lock hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. William Duffy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Flack, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Bobby Halloran made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Andy Auckland sent off a good shot on target. William Duffy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gav Lester in the 18th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Felix Flack left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arsenal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. William Duffy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gav Lester in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seb Toulson in the 29th minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Bobby Halloran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andy Auckland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Bobby Halloran made a huge save. Arsenal's Bobby Halloran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the game, Arsenal's Johnathan Banks nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. William Duffy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. 38 minutes into the match, Liversedge's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Flack came free, but William Duffy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Arsenal booed when Liversedge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peycho Yonchev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bobby Halloran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seb Toulson in the 45th minute of play. The Liversedge players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Arsenal were winning 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felix Flack made a kick off. Felix Flack took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised William Duffy. William Duffy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Flack got free with William Duffy in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Seb Toulson scored 3-4 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bobby Halloran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 64 minutes into the match, Liversedge's goalkeeper William Duffy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Flack. Peycho Yonchev's late challenge caught a Arsenal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Peycho Yonchev helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Liversedge got a freekick which was hit by Peycho Yonchev. William Duffy made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Felix Flack sent off a good shot on target. William Duffy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gav Lester in the 72nd minute of the match. William Duffy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Flack in the 76th minute. William Duffy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Johnathan Banks showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-6 in the 79 minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Felix Flack had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of William Duffy. Bobby Halloran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peycho Yonchev in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Andy Auckland came free, but Bobby Halloran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Felix Flack could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which William Duffy however easily saved by the left post. William Duffy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnathan Banks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsenal's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
