William Duffy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Earl Shilton's Nial Milton dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. William Duffy made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Damian Hewitt sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Earl Shilton's Nial Milton got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nial Milton in the 12th minute of play forced Liversedge's goalkeeper William Duffy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Liversedge's goalkeeper William Duffy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hayden Kendall. After having played for 15 minutes, Damian Hewitt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Earl Shilton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Hewitt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute, Seb Toulson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 19 minutes, Damian Hewitt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Earl Shilton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Hewitt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute Ty Rooney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Duffy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Damian Hewitt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of William Duffy. Liversedge's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damian Hewitt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Damian Hewitt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Duffy having to interfere. William Duffy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ty Rooney in the 28th minute of the match. William Duffy made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Phillip Ainge sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Hayden Kendall got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Earl Shilton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liversedge the free kick. In the 35th match minute, Earl Shilton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nial Milton to maneuver through the defense. Damian Hewitts short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got William Duffy to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. William Duffy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hayden Kendall in the 40th minute. William Duffy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nial Milton in the 44th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ty Rooney in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg William Duffy saved Liversedge from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ty Rooney stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. William Duffy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damian Hewitt went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Nial Milton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Duffy having to interfere. William Duffy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ty Rooney in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of Earl Shilton booed when Liversedge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tosh Lock didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match Owen Keyworth shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but William Duffy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. William Duffy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camron Stone in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Damian Hewitt made a precise shot to the right of William Duffy. Liversedge's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. William Duffy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Hewitt, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. William Duffy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayden Kendall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Ty Rooney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Duffy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Nial Milton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Earl Shilton's supporters rose to their feet, but Nial Milton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Duffy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 82 minutes of play, Earl Shilton's Hayden Kendall made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. William Duffy was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Nial Milton came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Earl Shilton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nial Milton couldn't finish the play. When Earl Shilton's Damian Hewitt in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liversedge's goalie prevented a goal. William Duffy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ty Rooney, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Liversedge's William Duffy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Hewitt in the 89th minute of play. Damian Hewitt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Duffy having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Camron Stone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of William Duffy. Liversedge's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camron Stone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Damian Hewitt scored 7-0 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of William Duffy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Earl Shilton walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
