Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Guildford AFC's Vern Lineker started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Des Oliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathanial Hardcastle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute Glenn Beasley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joey Westlake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, one of sodjag stars:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for sodjag stars. Joey Westlake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Jeffrey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, sodjag stars's goal looked a bit too open when Wayne Whittaker came free, but Joey Westlake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Nathanial Hardcastle managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when sodjag stars's Andrew Stevens fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of sodjag stars booed when Guildford AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joseph Jeffrey didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 minutes, Kevin Doyle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the sodjag stars and the Guildford AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alistair Sutherland kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, sodjag stars's Andrew Stevens got a free kick in the 27th minute. Eric Barfield kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. sodjag stars's Joey Westlake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vern Lineker in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Andrew Stevens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eric Barfield's late challenge caught a Guildford AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eric Barfield helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Eric Barfield hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joey Westlake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wayne Whittaker in the 39th minute of play. After 44 minutes, Harry Ashton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the sodjag stars and the Guildford AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, sodjag stars's Harry Ashton got a free kick in the 44th minute. 47 minutes into the match, sodjag stars's goal looked a bit too open when Wayne Whittaker came free, but Joey Westlake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrew Stevens to make the kick off. Joey Westlake made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wayne Whittaker in the 52nd minute. Alistair Sutherland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Nathanial Hardcastle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute Joseph Jeffrey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joey Westlake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, sodjag stars's goalkeeper Joey Westlake had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wayne Whittaker. Joey Westlake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vern Lineker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, sodjag stars's Joey Westlake got control of the ball when Glenn Beasley tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute, Joseph Jeffrey left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guildford AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Alistair Sutherland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joey Westlake came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Guildford AFC's Glenn Beasley. But to his dismay, Glenn Beasley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The sodjag stars fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guildford AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
