Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Biggin Hi's Jools Searle started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kris Blain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 7 minutes into the match, Biggin Hi's goalkeeper Jason Spacey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Curtis Poynton. Jason Spacey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alistair Titmus went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Jason Spacey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alistair Titmus in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17thth minute of the game Jools Searle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Harvington United's Isaac Ridsdale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Curtis Poynton got free with Jason Spacey in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute Les Phelps shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jason Spacey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dom Sheringham struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Jason Spacey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harvington United. 29 minutes into the match, Harvington United's goal looked a bit too open when Kris Blain came free, but Isaac Ridsdale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Biggin Hi fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Biggin Hi's Jools Searle looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 38th minute Kris Blain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Ridsdale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 minutes, Jools Searle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Biggin Hi and the Harvington United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Les Phelps fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jason Spacey having to interfere. After the first half Biggin Hi were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Les Phelps made a kick off. If Curtis Poynton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 56 in the game by Jools Searle from a close distance when the talented Isaac Ridsdale managed to make a qualified save. Harvington United's players were relieved. Jason Spacey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Les Phelps in the 58th minute of the match. Biggin Hi's Jason Spacey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alistair Titmus in the 62nd minute of play. Jools Searle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 69 minutes of play, Harvington United's Les Phelps made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jason Spacey was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alistair Titmus kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Isaac Ridsdale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kris Blain in the 80th minute of the match. Jason Spacey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curtis Poynton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lewis Linford kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Jason Spacey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Les Phelps, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute Curtis Poynton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jason Spacey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Les Phelps in the 87th minute of play forced Biggin Hi's goalkeeper Jason Spacey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Les Phelps's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jason Spacey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Curtis Poynton notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Biggin Hi's Jason Spacey. Jason Spacey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Biggin Hi's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
