Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marty Sandell kicked off to start the match. Russ Selby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Albert Akins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10th play minutes Marty Sandell shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Albert Akins and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 13th match minute, Ramsgate City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mick Beckham to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 19 minutes, Calvin Haigh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stone's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calvin Haigh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Stone's goal looked a bit too open when Russ Selby came free, but Albert Akins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Conal Nowland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Akins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute Marty Sandell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Akins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marty Sandell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Akins having to interfere. Conal Nowland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute Marty Sandell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Akins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albert Akins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty Sandell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Calvin Haigh made the kick off in the second half. Calvin Haigh came free in the 53rd minute and tried to tip the ball over Adam Hartley, but to the joy of Ramsgate City's supporters the ball went over. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marty Sandell in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albert Akins saved Stone from getting behind. Albert Akins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Sandell in the 61st minute of play. Connor Mayfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Stone getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Calvin Haigh hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, Stone's goalkeeper Albert Akins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conal Nowland. Albert Akins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty Sandell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Stone's goalkeeper Albert Akins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodney Lowe. 78 minutes into the match, Stone's goal looked a bit too open when Russ Selby came free, but Albert Akins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conal Nowland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Albert Akins made a huge save. Albert Akins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Sandell in the 81st minute of play. In the 87th minute, Marty Sandell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ramsgate City's Marty Sandell in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stone's goalie prevented a goal. When the final whistle sounded Ramsgate City left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Stone.
