Lennie Woodman started the match with the kick off. Franz Beckett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Al Prutton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Franz Beckett fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Al Prutton, passed just outside the right post. With a little luck, power rangers's Al Prutton got control of the ball when Franz Beckett tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Christopher Courtney fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored power rangers's protests and gave Christopher Courtney a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to power rangers getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Christopher Courtney hit a great ball. Franz Beckett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Franz Beckett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Kirk Horn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to power rangers getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. John-Paul Anson hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, John-Paul Anson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the F.C. Barcelona defense, Basil Fry kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caleb Metcalfe. The F.C. Barcelona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caleb Metcalfe should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Philip Greenman charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Philip Greenman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in power rangers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! Al Prutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franz Beckett in the 59th minute of play. Basil Fry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Franz Beckett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Al Prutton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steven Creighton in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind power rangers's goalkeeper Al Prutton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. F.C. Barcelona's Franz Beckett got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, power rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Franz Beckett came free, but Al Prutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 minutes, John-Paul Anson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the power rangers and the F.C. Barcelona players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in power rangers's zone, Franz Beckett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Al Prutton came out of the goal and Franz Beckett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, power rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Creighton came free, but Al Prutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basil Fry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caleb Metcalfe having to interfere. Lennie Woodman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basil Fry came free with the goalkeeper in the 95th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Caleb Metcalfe could save by the left post. F.C. Barcelona's Steven Creighton got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The power rangers players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented F.C. Barcelona from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
