Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lennie Woodman got the match started through his kick off. Alex Westerby who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Al Prutton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Alex Westerby could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Al Prutton however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, power rangers's Gavin Briant got a free kick in the 19th minute. Warren Whitford took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Al Prutton. power rangers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. power rangers's Al Prutton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Prendergast in the 22nd minute of play. Dover FC's Charlie Prendergast got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charlie Prendergast received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Al Prutton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by John-Paul Anson during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th minute, John-Paul Anson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Warren Whitford sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and power rangers's Al Prutton didn't even have to move. Al Prutton made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Alex Westerby sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to power rangers getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Christopher Courtney hit a great ball. Basil Fry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guy Eglington having to interfere. Basil Fry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gavin Briant lost his temper 42 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, power rangers's Gavin Briant got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Warren Whitford's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Al Prutton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of power rangers booed when Dover FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Warren Whitford didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Charlie Prendergast to strike the kick off in the second half. power rangers's Al Prutton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Prendergast in the 54th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, power rangers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathon Younger to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Alex Westerby left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dover FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Alex Westerby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Al Prutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Westerby in the 79th minute of play. Des Kent hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Al Prutton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charlie Prendergast's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. If Alex Westerby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charlie Prendergast sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in power rangers's zone, Alex Westerby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Al Prutton came out of the goal and Alex Westerby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
