Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marcus Ronson made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Ronson in the 4th minute of play forced Cleethorpes's goalkeeper Frank Coyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Niall Gardener quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Stu Cooke hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Niall Gardener fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Coyle having to interfere. Marcus Ronson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristian Laverick might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Graham Blackwater. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kristian Laverick ran back to his position shaking his head. After 25 minutes, Byron Cullen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletico Sighet and the Cleethorpes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Byron Cullen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 26 played minutes, Cleethorpes's Carlton Case shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Graham Blackwater came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cleethorpes reached it. Kristian Laverick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Beckford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Cleethorpes's Kristian Laverick slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Graham Blackwater. That made the score 1-1 after 30 minutes of play. A collision led to Cleethorpes getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Syd Hedges hit a great ball. If Marcus Ronson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walter Simpson charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Walter Simpson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes Cleethorpes got a freekick which was hit by Walter Simpson. In the 39th minute Niall Gardener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Coyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cleethorpes's goalkeeper Frank Coyle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Marcus Ronson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Kristian Laverick made the kick off in the second half. If Marcus Ronson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philip Burgess fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Graham Blackwater having to interfere. Frank Coyle made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Niall Gardener sent off a good shot on target. Frank Coyle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Ronson in the 64th minute of play. Niall Gardener recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76thth minute of the game Kristian Laverick who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Sighet's Graham Blackwater was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Niall Gardener struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Frank Coyle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Sighet. Niall Gardener who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Frank Coyle when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 80 minutes into the game, Niall Gardener lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Frank Coyle. In the 85th minute, Kristian Laverick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Syd Hedges hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Niall Gardener sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atletico Sighet's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
