Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcus Ronson kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Atletico Sighet's Marcus Ronson got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Jools Bostock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Jacob Wise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Graham Blackwater made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Wise in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atletico Sighet's goalkeeper Graham Blackwater, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nathanial Croxford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Ronson, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a rather tough play, Waltham's Peter Houghton got a free kick in the 24th minute. Niall Gardener fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathanial Croxford having to interfere. Waltham's Nathanial Croxford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Ronson in the 29th minute of play. Graham Blackwater was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Jacob Wise capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jacob Wise really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Jacob Wise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Graham Blackwater tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacob Wise received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Graham Blackwater came out and tried to block the shot, but Jacob Wise slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacob Wise to strike the kick off in the second half. Graham Blackwater took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jools Bostock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Ronson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niall Gardener fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathanial Croxford having to interfere. Orson Radcliffe hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Marcus Ronson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Nathanial Croxford tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Ronson in the 68th minute of play forced Waltham's goalkeeper Nathanial Croxford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Niall Gardener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Atletico Sighet's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Wise came free, but Graham Blackwater reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Marcus Ronson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Sighet's zone, Jools Bostock stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Graham Blackwater came out of the goal and Jools Bostock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Atletico Sighet's Curtis Furlong got a free kick in the 89th minute. Jacob Wise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Graham Blackwater having to interfere. Atletico Sighet's Graham Blackwater played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jools Bostock in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Atletico Sighet players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Waltham.
