Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Wally Senior started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cliff Simpson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Attleborough's Nath Hurren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Attleborough from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the match, Cliff Simpson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Attleborough's Nath Hurren. Nath Hurren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Attleborough's Nath Hurren got control of the ball when Cliff Simpson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Witchers FC booed when Attleborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simeon Oakes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dale Bateson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Nath Hurren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cliff Simpson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Nath Hurren made a huge save. In the 42nd match minute, Attleborough was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wally Senior to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Attleborough's goalkeeper Nath Hurren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cliff Simpson made a kick off. Billy Clarke scored 2-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nath Hurren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nath Hurren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cliff Simpson in the 60th minute of play. Nath Hurren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cliff Simpson in the 64th minute of the match. Simeon Oakes kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Gordon Nicholson took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kurt Wittingham. Kurt Wittingham dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Gordon Nicholson in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kurt Wittingham, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 78th minute Dale Bateson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nath Hurren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Dale Bateson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nath Hurren. Attleborough's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dale Bateson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 94 minutes into the game, Witchers FC's Cliff Simpson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nath Hurren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Simeon Oakes hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Witchers FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Attleborough for a fine match.
