Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jamal Lonsdale started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Nicholas Crooks's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Seth Westerby was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Jamal Lonsdale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abraham Cooper made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Jamal Lonsdale sent off a good shot on target. Nicholas Crooks took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Seth Westerby. Seth Westerby dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 21 played minutes Maidenhead City got a freekick which was hit by Jamal Lonsdale. If Jamal Lonsdale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Maidenhead City's goal looked a bit too open when Dean Haylock came free, but Seth Westerby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Maidenhead City's Franz Everard got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 37th minute, Johnnie Holdsworth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jamal Lonsdale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Abraham Cooper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stocksbridge FC's Abraham Cooper proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Stocksbridge FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Stocksbridge FC's zone, Franz Everard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abraham Cooper came out of the goal and Franz Everard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Stocksbridge FC were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Maidenhead City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zackary Blakeley took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Buster Bennett heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Johnnie Holdsworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Stocksbridge FC's zone, Johnnie Holdsworth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abraham Cooper came out of the goal and Johnnie Holdsworth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abraham Cooper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jamal Lonsdale in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Nicholas Crooks lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Seth Westerby. 73 minutes into the game, Maidenhead City's Johnnie Holdsworth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abraham Cooper made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Jamal Lonsdale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Abraham Cooper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abraham Cooper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnnie Holdsworth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stocksbridge FC's goalkeeper Abraham Cooper, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Johnnie Holdsworth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maidenhead City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. There was no doubt that Maidenhead City were the better team. Maidenhead City's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
