Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Chip Wring kicked off to start the match. Wes Byrom came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Central London United's Chip Wring. But to his dismay, Chip Wring quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Central London United's goalkeeper Keanu Lambourne, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Keanu Lambourne successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 21 minutes into the match, Central London United's Damien Locking sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wes Byrom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Stansted's goal looked a bit too open when Chip Wring came free, but Wes Byrom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Chip Wring who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stansted's Wes Byrom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Central London United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Brendon Edmunds scored to the left of an out of position Keanu Lambourne, making the score, 1-1. In the 30th minute, Henry Potts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Sid Kearney had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keanu Lambourne. Central London United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sid Kearney was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damien Locking in the 34th minute of play forced Stansted's goalkeeper Wes Byrom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wes Byrom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damien Locking in the 39th minute of play. Sid Kearney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keanu Lambourne having to interfere. Brendon Edmunds sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Brendon Edmunds came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Stansted fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brendon Edmunds couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brendon Edmunds stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Stansted getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Cliff Botham hit a great ball. After 57 minutes of play, Stansted's Brendon Edmunds made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keanu Lambourne was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Brendon Edmunds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sid Kearney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd match minute, Central London United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charlie Stamer to maneuver through the defense. Keanu Lambourne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sid Kearney in the 74th minute of play. Keanu Lambourne stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brendon Edmunds's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. If Chip Wring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cliff Botham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Keanu Lambourne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Central London United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Stansted.
