Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tony Britton started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfie Hanley in the 3rd minute of play forced Glastonbury City's goalkeeper Archie Acton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute of the match Chippenham got a corner. Glastonbury City's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfie Hanley ran over to the corner to take the kick. Robert Downes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caleb Bourton having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Dom Wedlock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 9 minutes, Stevie Anson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glastonbury City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stevie Anson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Archie Acton was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alfie Hanley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Caleb Bourton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stevie Anson in the 16th minute of the match. Nathan Tanner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Britton in the 23rd minute of play forced Chippenham's goalkeeper Caleb Bourton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Archie Acton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Todd Kerr in the 26th minute. Archie Acton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gez Davies in the 27th minute of the match. Stevie Anson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caleb Bourton having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Todd Kerr made a precise shot to the right of Archie Acton. Glastonbury City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 35th minute, Tony Britton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Caleb Bourton was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 38th minute Tony Britton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caleb Bourton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nathan Tanner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Glastonbury City getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Nathan Tanner hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfie Hanley got free with Archie Acton in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfie Hanley in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Archie Acton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 47th match minute, Chippenham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sacha Chappell to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Alfie Hanley made the kick off in the second half. Alfie Hanley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Archie Acton having to make a save. Archie Acton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfie Hanley in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Glastonbury City getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Nathan Tanner hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Tony Britton took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Caleb Bourton to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Chippenham's Caleb Bourton got control of the ball when Stevie Anson tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Chippenham getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Conan Maxwell hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Chippenham's goalkeeper Caleb Bourton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stevie Anson. The throw-in from Gez Davies in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Glastonbury City's Rodd Brumfitt. Archie Acton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfie Hanley's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Nathan Tanner hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Chippenham's Caleb Bourton got control of the ball when Nathan Tanner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfie Hanley took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Archie Acton. Archie Acton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. With a little luck, Chippenham's Caleb Bourton got control of the ball when Stevie Anson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Caleb Bourton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Britton in the 85th minute of play. Archie Acton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfie Hanley in the 93rd minute of the match. The Chippenham support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
